Weekly Photo Challenge – Hands

I really like the theme for this week’s photo challenge – Hands .This is a picture of my Sister during her Engagement party . That was the first time we both actually tried out ‘proper’ Mehndi designs .. Mehndi is a traditional part of many Indian weddings .(You can read about it here .

Another picture of my cute little cousin’s tiny hands ..

  9. Your sister’s hands are simply beautiful. They’re beautiful in themselves, and the composition, with the Mehndi pattern all the way down the wrists, with her glass bangles, is so pleasing. Beautiful:)

Beautiful hands! Doesn’t the application tickle? My mother would always tell me with pain comes beauty when she would brush my hair as a child. I would rather endure tickling than pain.
